Shipping Information:

All shipping is sent Monday’s,Tuesday’s & Wednesday’s with a premium overnight/next day delivery service, this is to ensure all of our livestock & plants arrive to you in the best possible condition.

All shrimp orders will be sent out 5 business days from the time you place your order, this is because we only order them in as we need them.

Please Note: For all fish & plant orders the processing time is 4 business days, i.e. (we will ship your order out 4 business days after the time you place your order, once your order is shipped you will receive your order the next day)

Once your order has been shipped you will also receive an email with tracking details. For all tracking head to the link provided & enter your tracking number.

We Are Able To Ship Australia Wide Were Permits Aren’t Required.

Carrier Will Provide Automatic Tracking To Customers Once Shipped, & Will Be Delivered Within 24hours, All Orders Can Be Delivered Either To Your Work,Office Business,& Or Home Address.

Shipping Cost:

Shipping is a flat rate of $49AU this applies to big or small orders were it will be charged at the same rate of $49AU for 1 or 20 fish.

For any interstate orders over 3kg a shipping surcharge will apply.

All orders are assigned to be left unattended at customer’s premises if no one is able to sign, this is typically know as ATL (Authority To Leave).

We offer a 100% Live arrival guarantee on all livestock orders!

Our livestock orders are packed with the upmost care, we pride ourselves in taking extra time to ensure they have a safe trip, & taking the extra time to ensure they go out the door with great confidence during transit. “We pack our orders like we would expect to receive them”

1. We add pure oxygen into their bags

2. We use a fast overnight/next day delivery service

3. We pack all livestock orders with travel warmers to ensure our tropical friends don’t get to chilly!

Please Note: All fish & shrimp are sold unsexed unless stated otherwise example: "female" "male" & or "pair"

All DOA’s are to be emailed within 4 hours of delivery, & photos to support your claim to: admin@underthelilyaquariums.com

For any DOA’s we offer a full refund in the form of store credit. (T&C'S Apply Please Read & See Below Our Terms & Conditions)

Our DOA Policy: Claims MUST be accompanied with accurate photos of the dead fish in the original bag(s), and if necessary for better clarity, a photograph of all dead fish laid out of the bags. Packaging/Delivery costs and Freight costs are Non-Refundable and CANNOT be claimed.

Our live fish guarantee is void if:

  • No-one is present to receive the consignment at time of delivery and the consignment is left unattended at the destination.
  • The fish are not held at the delivery address and/or are on-sold or transferred to another person.
  • The Delivery is Delayed or claimed “lost in transit”

Sizing Photos & Prices: Sometimes there may be a slight variation in size & photos to what you will actually receive & may not always be updated in our best interest we will keep all photos prices & sizes updated at all times, & do our best to provide accuracy across our whole website. Please note with this in mind (Prices Are Subject To Change Without Notice)

Please Note: That because of the complexities and procedures involved in packing and shipping live fish, shrimp & plants ,as well as our utmost concern for the well-being of our aquatic livestock, we cannot accept any returns for these items.

 Please Also Note: Sometimes delays, backlogs, & strikes may occur throughout the shipping journey & there is always a “slight risk” of order’s getting delayed, in our best interest fish & shrimp are packed with enough oxygen to last at least 48hrs, however back logs, strikes & delays are not our responsibility, you the customer will be liable upon purchase, to agree to the terms & conditions that shall an order become delayed it will completely void our DOA policy, any late & delayed orders will void our DOA POLICY, & not be refunded for any DOA’s (Dead On Arrivals) that may occur. (Same Applies To Any Orders Lost In Transit) 


Please Note: This means any orders delayed & or lost, past our delivery time frame of 24hrs will COMPLETELY void our DOA Policy. All buyers will agree to this upon purchase, & (agree to order at their own risk).

Orders that aren’t delayed & turn up as a DOA will be refunded provided evidence is emailed with accurate, clear photos & or videos, within 4 hours of delivery.
